Terms of Service

FounProis a managed content-production company. We connect clients with vetted creative professionals (“creators”) and manage projects end to end. Clients engage with FounPro; we coordinate the creators who carry out the work. We are not an agency representing you and not a marketplace where you contract directly with creators.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use our services. Some features require you to verify your email or phone with a one-time code. You are responsible for activity that takes place through your verified contact and for keeping it secure.

• Submitting an enquiry or building a configuration is a request, not a confirmed booking. Any pricing shown before a project is confirmed is indicative.
• A FounPro consultant or account manager reviews each request and confirms the scope, deliverables and final figure with you before a project is booked.
• A project is confirmed only once scope is agreed and any required engagement amount or booking fee is paid in line with the terms communicated to you at that time.
• We aim to respond to enquiries within the service timelines stated on the site, but these are targets, not guarantees.

Fees, any engagement amount, and the payment schedule for a confirmed project are those agreed with you during scope finalisation. Taxes apply as required by law. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Creators apply to and participate in the FounPro network under separate terms presented during application, including arrangements on assignments, structured payouts after delivery, and non-circumvention. Nothing in these terms creates an employment relationship between a client and a creator.

• Provide accurate information and the access, materials, approvals and cooperation reasonably needed to deliver your project.
• Ensure you have the rights to any brief, brand assets, locations, talent or reference materials you provide to us.
• Use the services lawfully and not for any infringing, harmful, deceptive or abusive purpose.

Rights in the final deliverables are assigned or licensed to you on full payment for the relevant project, as confirmed for that project. Until then, all rights remain with FounPro and the contributing creators. Unless you tell us otherwise in writing, FounPro and the creators may display non-confidential work in portfolios and marketing. The FounPro name, logo and site content remain our property.

The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to deliver high-quality, managed production, we do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose beyond what is expressly agreed for your project.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FounPro will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or relating to a project will not exceed the fees you paid us for that project.

You agree to indemnify FounProagainst claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms or from materials or instructions you provide that infringe a third party’s rights or applicable law.

We may suspend or end access to the services if these terms are breached or to protect our users or the platform. You may stop using the services at any time; provisions that by their nature should survive (such as fees due, IP and liability) will continue to apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, subject to any requirement to first attempt good-faith resolution.
