Founpro Creative Solutions Private Limited is a managed content-production company based in Gurugram, Haryana, India. We connect brands, businesses and individuals with vetted creative professionals and manage projects end to end.

• Contact details you provide — name, email address and phone number — when you submit an enquiry, build a booking, apply as a creator, or sign in.
• Account information created when you verify your email or phone with a one-time code.
• Project information — briefs, requirements, dates, reference links and any files you upload (for example a creator's resume or portfolio).
• Creator application details — disciplines, equipment, software, references, rates and similar professional information.
• Communications with us, including messages, enquiries and support requests.
• Limited technical and usage data (such as basic device/browser information) needed to operate and secure the site.

• To respond to your enquiry and provide the services you request.
• To plan, staff, manage and deliver production projects, including matching and coordinating with creators.
• To send service communications — confirmations, scheduling, project-stage updates and account notifications — by email, in-app notification and (where you have shared a number) WhatsApp.
• To review creator applications and operate our creative network.
• To maintain, secure and improve our website and services.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We process your personal data on the basis of your consent and as necessary to provide the services you have asked for. You can withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); doing so may mean we can no longer provide certain services.

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only as needed to run the service:

• With the creators and crew assigned to your project, so they can deliver the work — limited to what is necessary.
• With service providers who operate parts of our platform on our behalf — for example hosting and database (Supabase), email delivery, scheduling and messaging providers — under appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Where required by law, regulation or valid legal process, or to protect our rights, users and the public.
• In connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition), subject to this policy.

Your data is stored with our infrastructure providers and protected by access controls and other safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the services, maintain records of our dealings, and meet legal, accounting and dispute-resolution requirements, after which it is deleted or anonymised.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Access the personal data we hold about you and ask for a copy.
• Ask us to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Ask us to delete your data where it is no longer required.
