Refund & Cancellation Policy

Submitting an enquiry, building a configuration and speaking with a FounPro consultant or account manager are free. No payment is taken to start a conversation or to receive a recommended scope and indicative budget.

A project becomes a confirmed booking only after the scope and deliverables are agreed with you and any engagement amount or booking fee communicated to you at that point is paid. The figures, payment schedule and any milestones for your project are those set out in your confirmation.

You may request to cancel a confirmed project by contacting your account manager or emailing hello@founpro.com. What is refundable depends on how far the project has progressed:

• Before any creator is assigned or work is scheduled, an engagement amount is generally refundable, less any non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf (for example permits, studio or location holds, or specialist hire).
• Once creators are assigned, dates are blocked or pre-production has begun, the engagement amount and costs committed to that point are typically non-refundable, as they compensate the team for reserved time and work done.
• Fees for work already delivered or in progress are not refundable.

Where possible we will try to reschedule rather than cancel. Reasonable requests made with adequate notice are usually accommodated; changes at short notice may incur additional costs (for example re-booking crew or locations), which we will confirm with you before proceeding.

If FounPro is unable to deliver a confirmed project for reasons within our control, we will work with you to re-plan it or refund amounts paid for the portion not delivered.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, in Indian Rupees, within a reasonable period after approval. Any applicable taxes are handled in line with law. Bank or payment-processor timelines are outside our control.
