FOUNPRO

Do the work. We'll handle the rest.

FounPro is a managed creative network for photographers, videographers, editors, animators and the crew who support them. Get matched to scoped briefs, do the work, and leave the clients, logistics and invoicing to us.

How joining works

01

Apply with your work

A seven-step application captures your craft, equipment and track record. Add your portfolio links — that is what we review.

02

A producer reviews by hand

Every portfolio is reviewed by a real producer, not an algorithm. The structured answers only help us sort the queue.

03

Get matched to briefs

Once you're in the network, we bring you managed briefs that fit your discipline and assign the right projects to you.

Who we're looking for

We review for craft and consistency. A strong portfolio matters more than years on paper — show us the work you're proud of.

Photographers

Brand, fashion, product, food, editorial and event shooters with a portfolio that shows range and consistency.

Videographers & cinematographers

From single-camera brand films to multi-cam events. Drone pilots and dual photo + video shooters welcome.

Editors & retouchers

Photo retouchers and video editors who can take footage to a finished, delivery-ready cut.

Animators & 3D artists

Motion designers, 2D animators and 3D artists for animated content, CGI and product visualisation.

Audio engineers

On-set and post audio specialists who round out a full production crew.

Assistants & support crew

Shoot assistants and support crew who keep a production running on set, from lighting to logistics.

What you get

Managed briefs, not bidding

We bring you scoped work that fits your discipline. No marketplace race-to-the-bottom, no cold pitching.

One network, one point of contact

A producer owns each project end to end, so you can focus on the craft instead of chasing clients.

Structured payouts after delivery

Payouts are structured and released after the work is delivered and accepted — clear terms, agreed up front.

A network that's growing

We're live in our launch city now and adding more as the network grows — so there's room to grow with us.

Common questions

How does the review work?
After you submit the application, a producer reviews your portfolio by hand. The structured answers help us sort the queue, but your actual work is the real gate.
How long does it take to hear back?
Reviews are done by people, so timing varies with volume. You'll hear back once a producer has gone through your work — we don't auto-reject.
Do I need to own my equipment?
Owning gear helps, but it isn't a hard requirement. The application has a place to tell us what you work with, including if you'd want to understand the setup more.
How and when do payouts happen?
Payouts are structured and released after a project is delivered and accepted, on terms agreed before the shoot. A short cool-off period applies after delivery before a payout is released.
Which disciplines can apply?
Photographers, videographers and cinematographers, photo + video shooters, photo and video editors, animators, 3D artists, drone pilots, audio engineers and shoot assistants.
Where do you operate?
We're live in our launch city now and expanding to more cities as the network grows. Tell us where you're based in the application.
